If your Stash Locker is damaged within 30 days of purchase, simply email [email protected] with a brief description of the issue, and we’ll send you a replacement—no hassle. Our bags are built with a child-resistant zipper seal, designed for secure, intentional use. Unlike traditional bags, Stash Locker is not meant to be pulled open. To open properly, locate the blue inner seal line and gently separate it using your fingernail. If your item is damaged due to improper opening, we’ve still got you covered.
